2. Add them to the shopping cart
3. Log In
4. Enter your shipping address and choose shipping method
5. Provide payment information
6. Review your order
7. Submit your order
3. Check your order status & tracking the shipment
After log-in, click on 'My Account' to check your order status and track your shipment.
4. Payment Methods
Infiniti Doll accepts wire transfer, credit cards, and PayPal for your payment.
a. Wire Transfer

If you choose Paypal at the payment method, Paypal window will pop up. Log in to your account and make the payment.
5. Shipping method and delivery time
Please allow up-to 45 days for delivery after we confirm the receipt of the payment. The actual delivery time can vary depending on the items. So please check the order status from 'My Account".
Infiniti Doll ships thru fast and reliable Postal Service (EMS).
6. Cancel Order
Should you want to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at Tel. 82-70-7664-9024 or post a message at Q&A board.
For wire transfer, the order will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive the payment in 3 days from the order date. If you cancel after the confirmation of the payment, we'll refund the full amount.
For credit card payments, we'll first try to issue refund to your credit card. However, if we are not able to do so, we'll wire transfer the amount less service fee.

7. Return & Exchange
If you received damaged or defected items, please contact us in 7 days from the receipt. You should provide us with a picture showing the damaged parts. We will either issue refund or exchange the items.
After you open the package, items without any damage or defects cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Items with options (make-up or piercing) cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
